Mission Statement

Life Changes EAP has one purpose: to provide the highest quality of personal care for every employee at each company we serve, regardless of the company’s size.

We provide confidential, professional services to meet the individual needs of each employee. The services we provide benefit employees as well as their local communities. In addition, the companies we serve benefit by realizing increased productivity and efficiency, thereby gaining an advantage in a competitive market.

Many EAP companies have become too "High Tech" but provide "Low Touch".  We believe in the traditional EAP standard of face-to-face contact.  In today's impersonal world, employees still want personal contact to show that the company cares.
